A pretty antique gold filled bangle bracelet with a decorated front and smooth back. This is a slightly oval shaped bracelet with a small tab that you push in to open it. It is a hollow, flattened tube style with rounded edges design. Depending on the lighting, the gold can have a bit of a rose tint to it. The bracelet is hinged and unsigned except for an S. This is not a small sized bracelet however so I am unsure what the S might have stood for. I think this is probably circa 1910 since it leans more towards Edwardian styles.
Condition: In good/fair condition. There is spotting and plating loss. The previous owner opened the bangle up too wide so there is some damage at the hinge as well as some rubbing and the most visible plating loss in that area. It may have been repaired at some point. The clasp still works well so you will need to be careful to open it enough to go over your wrist but not as far as it will go. We have reduced the price significantly because of this, but it is still a very wearable piece you can enjoy.
