This lovely little pin was created from low karat gold filled wire wrapped around a branch of coral. The coral was wrapped with a single piece of wire that forms the hinge and the clasp. Coral was believed to promote health and a long life. It was often worn by children. A great addition to any Victorian jewelry collection!
