A Heart Of Aghast Brooch by Vinca! An anatomically correct heart with a knife in it. The knife is removeable and attached to the heart with a chain so you won't lose it. Made from acrylic with handpainted details and silvertone chain.

Heart = just over 2 inches high and 1  5/8 inches wide

All pieces are handcrafted. Some minor differences between pieces and small imperfections, a little bit of glue etc. are normal and expected.
