Azure Aster is a family business so you get secure, personal service, quick shipping and fast answers to your questions.

**Your Safety Is Important: Due to current events, we will only be shipping orders on Mon., Wed. & Fri. International shipping has resumed, but be advised that overseas shipments may be subject to very long shipping delays. We cannot provide an estimate of delivery times due to time spent in customs, shipments waiting for planes etc. Express mail is temp. unavailable. Expect shipping delays with other mail classes especially first class mail.**

  • We accept ALL major credit cards, phone and Paypal payments in USD securely.  We do not store any of your payment information or share it with anyone.
  • Most orders ship in 0-1 business days (our business week is Mon-Fri) via USPS.  Some custom work may take a bit longer to create and we note this in the product descriptions.   
  • We offer everything from First Class to Express shipping options for the lowest priced or quickest delivery possible!  We also ship internationally to all Paypal approved countries.
  • If you are not happy with your purchase, return it in 14 days for no questions asked refund (instructions are below).

Payment Options
All electronic transactions are completed by CISP compliant providers. We accept the following forms of payment through the online shopping cart:

1.     VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover - via secure SSL encrypted server and processed by Stripe.  The billing name and address must match the name and address for the card used.  USA and Canada orders only.

2.     PAYPAL -  Accepts both credit cards and electronic checks.  If you wish to pay by check, you must pay through PAYPAL.  All international orders (except Canada) must also pay via Paypal.  E-checks take about 4 days to clear Paypal.

3.    Will call with card number - Place your order online and call your card info to us directly.  A little extra security for those who don't like to enter credit card information on the internet.

4.     Klarna - For orders of $59 or more. Choose from Pay in 30 days where your card is billed 30 days after it is delivered or Slice It In Four. Slice it in four is a pay over time option where you split your payment into four installments that you pay over a six week time period with no extra fees. You do not have to wait to receive your order like you would with layaway. This is the same as Afterpay or Sezzle. Payment agreements are made directly with Klarna not with Azure Aster. Money orders - Please e-mail us if you would like to pay via money order.
Purchase orders - We do not accept purchase orders at this time.

Phone Orders: We recommend that you use the Will call with card option and place the order online so you can see shipping costs and check for clerical errors.  Credit card orders may be placed via telephone to (303) 369 -5507, between 9am - 5pm Mountain time.  Our normal business week is Mon-Fri.  We do try to take calls on weekends too.  If we are away, please leave a message at the beep and we will get back to you. 

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail at the address provided.  Save this e-mail as your receipt.  Be advised that if there is a problem with your payment and we are unable to contact you by both phone and e-mail, your order will be cancelled.  Azure Aster also reserves the right to cancel any order that is deemed fraudulent or potentially fraudulent or from customers who refuse to adhere to our stated store policies.

Please note: Azure Aster collects sales tax for orders shipped to CO.


Shipping and Handling Options (U.S. only)

All items are packed in boxes with tissue, bubble wrap etc. to protect them during shipment.  We ship USPS First Class, USPS Priority, and USPS Express mail on most items.  Only Express Mail has a guaranteed delivery time and is fully trackable.  All other delivery times are estimates. Orders do not ship on weekends or postal holidays and may take longer during peak mail season.  Delivery times below are for transit only.  Please be sure to add additional time for item creation and processing.  Some handcrafted designs may have a waiting period so be sure to check item descriptions or the completion times below.

Please note:  Shipping fees calculated by the shopping cart cover insurance, handling and processing costs, the packing materials (tape, labels, boxes, gas etc.) and the actual postage. We do everything we can to keep your costs low!
Express Mail- (temporarily unavailable due to current events) takes 1-2 days to be delivered once mailed. The only mail class with a guaranteed delivery date. Includes free insurance. You must be present for delivery. They will make 2 attempts to deliver your package. Then hold it for five days before returning to us. Shipping fees are not refundable if your package is returned. To ship on the same business day, orders must be placed before 2:00 pm Colorado time. We recommend you call us if you are unsure if there will be enough time to meet your deadline for delivery.   
Priority mail - Takes an average of 2-4 postal business days to arrive once mailed.  This is not a guaranteed delivery time but its usually delivered in that time frame.  Includes free insurance. (currently experiencing some delays but less than first class mail).
First Class Mail - usually takes about 1 week or less to be delivered.  USPS states 1-2 weeks.  On rare occasions it could take a little longer.  Insurance fees are included in the cost. (some first class mail shipments are experiencing long delays- read our blog post here).
Delivery Confirmation - Provided free of charge when available.  Delivery confirmation will tell you when a package has been delivered.  It does not always provide other tracking info.

Signature at delivery (USA only) - Due to an increase in mail theft, you may now opt to purchase a signature to be required at delivery. Just mark the box Signature at delivery in the shipping options section at checkout and it will be added to your order for a small fee. Be advised that it may delay delivery of your package if you are not present for the signature and they may require you to request re-delivery or pick up the package at the post office. But this way, they will not leave your packages unattended at your residence or business.

Please note: Orders over $300 USD may require a signature at delivery for insurance purposes. We cannot control or be held responsible for the security of your mailbox or delivery drop off area and mail that is stolen from your home or business. If you have had problems with mail theft in the past, you may want to make arrangements for an alternate shipping address or use a PO box. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders with addresses that are incorrect, cannot be verified or cause postage calculation errors in the shopping cart.

*When tracking your shipments do not be alarmed if you see this sort of message below saying the acceptance of your package is pending. This means that the package was in the possession of our local USPS office at the date and time indicated, but it has not been scanned again in the system (usually this happens at one of the big postal distribution centers). The current postal delays are causing the next tracking update to sometimes take about 3-5 days for first class mail. So your order can stay in this status for a bit before that happens.*     
Your shipment was received at 5:22 pm on August 5, 2020 in AURORA, CO 80014. The acceptance of your package is pending.

International Shipping

*Be advised that due to current events, some overseas mail is experiencing very long delivery delays. In some cases it can be up to 30-60 days or more with gaps in tracking. We do not guarantee any sort of a delivery time for international mail and by placing your order you agree that we are not responsible for any delivery delays or if packages are returned or lost because you failed to pay your customs fees etc.*

We accept and ship orders from all Paypal approved countries.  All international shipments are made through USPS.  The shopping cart will calculate international shipping rates at checkout.  Please note that in most cases, we cannot track international shipments unless they are shipped Express.  We also cannot control the length of time a package spends in customs.  Because of this, we cannot guarantee delivery times for international mail.  You must agree that our electronic postage record is sufficient proof of mailing.  You must also accept responsibility for the package and any and all customs fees or VAT that may be charged by your postal service (we have no way of knowing if any such fees will be charged so check with your post office if this is a concern).  We will not mark packages as "gifts".  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable if your item is held in customs and you do not pick it up.

All international packages are insured. We do this through a third party so the insurance cost is not included in the dollar amount shown as postage we have paid on the mailing label. International shipping has a higher first weight/price bracket but you can normally purchase a number of items before you go up to the next price bracket for some savings.

We also reserve the right to cancel any orders with addresses that are incorrect, cannot be verified or appear fraudulent or cause postage calculation errors in the shopping cart.
Australian customers: Please note that our little business does not meet the A$75000 GST registration requirement for low value goods shipped to Australia. This means you will be responsible for paying a 10% GST as well as a small processing fee to receive your order from Australia Post.

Shipping Insurance:
Insurance claims cannot be processed by USPS until 30 days have passed from time of mailing. We are not responsible for orders lost because an incorrect shipping address was provided to us. Please be sure to double-check your address for accuracy before finalizing your order.

Return & Refund Policy

My work is guaranteed 100%!  If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, simply e-mail or call us for a return authorization within 14 days from receipt of your order.  Items must be in their original, undamaged condition (including jewelry pouches, tags or boxes) for a no questions asked refund of the item cost.  Personalized or custom items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.  Refunds will not be given for unauthorized returns or returns postmarked after 14 days from receipt.  Please inspect your items well when you receive them. 
If you experience breakage etc. within 14 days from receipt of your order, please contact us.  We will work out an arrangement to return the item for repair, replacement or refund. Breakage resulting from obvious mistreatment above and beyond regular use during this time should not be returned. We also recommend using delivery confirmation and insurance to cover yourself against loss or damage of your return in the mail.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and we do not pay return postage costs unless the return is due to our error or irregular craftsmanship.  

Repairs or resizing:  We understand that accidents happen.  There is no such thing as an indestructable piece of jewelry or sculpture.  Should you break a well loved item and would like it repaired, please e-mail us.  We will see what we can do for you.  After the 14 day return period, repairs may be free or there may be a charge depending on what needs to be done.  You will be responsible for postage and possibly material costs.  Resizing costs will be discussed via e-mail.  We do not repair or resize items bought from other companies.

Lost or stolen mail:  No refunds will be given until the customer has completed the lost/stolen mail service request form located here and a final insurance claim has been made:  Once you have submitted your report to USPS, you will need to provide the service request number to us. Insurance claims will be made on your behalf after 30 days have passed from mailing. In cases where mail has been tracked and confirmed as delivered to your address, a refund will only be provided to you if the insurance adjuster approves the claim. We are not responsible for the security of your porch, mailbox, any theft or missing mail that occurs after a delivery has been made. By placing an order, you are agreeing to these terms. 

Estimated Shipping & Completion Times (as of 03/10/20) 

  • Most items are ready to go and ship out fast in 0-1 business days depending on the time you place your order. Things may take a day or two longer after Erstwilder release days. We are currently shipping on MWF due to current events. This includes orders consisting of cloth ribbons, wristbands, charms, beads, vintage or antique designs, costume jewelry pieces or non-custom jewelry designs.  Anything with a longer waiting period is noted in the item descriptions. Business days are M-F.     
  • Dana's Polymer Clay, Original, Handbeaded or Handpainted/Hand enameled, Custom requests, or Sizeable jewelry designs:  Only items with purchasing links are available and many are created on demand.  Most available designs are shipping out in 1-10* business days.  If you have a deadline, be sure to let us know in your order comments.  Otherwise be sure to allow enough time for creation and transit.
  • If you order products that have different estimated shipping times (for example wristbands ship immediately but there might be a waiting period for your custom earrings) we will hold your entire order until all items are completed.
  • If the wait on any order will be longer than three weeks, we will e-mail the estimated completion time for your approval before final processing.

 Please keep in mind that these dates are estimates and are subject to change.  If you need the item shipped by a certain date, please indicate the date in the comments section of your order.  I'll do my best to get it to you in time!   Any questions?  Just e-mail me!
