  • Most in stock orders ship in 0-1 business days (our business week is M-F) via USPS. Things may take a bit longer to ship after big release days or during the holiday season. Creation times for custom items are in the product listings.   
  • Choose from First Class to Express shipping options for the lowest priced or quickest delivery possible in the USA!
  • We also ship internationally to all Paypal approved countries except the EU and UK.
  • If you are not happy with your purchase, return it in 30 days for a refund.

Orders may be placed 24/7 directly on our shop website! The shopping cart will apply all discounts and calculate the shipping for you. You may also phone your order in.

Special requests: For makers who allow it (sorry not Erstwilder), we are happy to take special requests for items from upcoming collections that have already been revealed to the public. You are also welcome to request items from makers that we have not had in stock before from their current catalogs. We will work on bringing them in with our next order just for you. In some cases, special orders may require a 20% non-refundable deposit. Just contact us and see what we can do!

Pre -Orders - have the following special terms for purchasing:

  1. Pre-order items are not in stock yet and will arrive at a future date (sorry no Erstwilders may be pre-ordered). Placing a pre-order means that item is reserved just for you once it is here. Pre-buys are limited to incoming stock only.
  2. Do not use Klarna or Affirm for pre-orders. All other payments are ok! If you use Paypal's installment payments, be advised that you will need to make your payments to them regardless of if your item has shipped or if it is still waiting to arrive.
  3. An estimated time of arrival (ETA) will be listed in the product description but these times are not guaranteed and may be updated as needed. 
  4. Be advised that shipments can take anywhere from two weeks to a few months to arrive at our shop due to unforeseen shipping or customs delays and current events beyond our control.
  5. If you purchase a pre-order, your payment will be charged immediately and the entire order will be placed on hold until the item arrives in the shop.
  6. Once a pre-ordered item is received, we will ship it to you ASAP and send you a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
  7. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill a pre-order within 60 days, we will notify you and offer you a full refund of the item cost and any shipping fees that may have been charged.
  8. If you choose to cancel a pre-order, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover our processing costs. 
  9. You must contact us directly to cancel a pre-order. Do not attempt to cancel it via your payment method, paypal etc.   
  10. Customers who do not uphold these terms may not be allowed to purchase pre-orders in the future.
  11. By placing a pre-order, you agree to these terms.

Purchasing Limits on release days: Some items may have a one or two per customer limit on release days to allow more folks to purchase what they want and to discourage scalping. This will be noted in the item descriptions and the limit is lifted after 24 hours. Please do not order more than the limit or we will have to remove the extras from your order.

Be sure to double-check your order before you finalize it! After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail at the address provided. Save this e-mail as your receipt. Be advised that if there is a problem with your order and we are unable to contact you by both phone and e-mail, it will be cancelled. Azure Aster also reserves the right to cancel any order that is deemed fraudulent or potentially fraudulent.

All electronic transactions are completed by CISP compliant providers and we do not store or share your payment information. We accept the following forms of payment through the online shopping cart:

1.     VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover - via secure SSL encrypted server and processed by Stripe. The billing name and address must match the name and address for the card used. USA and Canada orders only.

2.     PAYPAL -  Accepts credit and debit cards as well as new pay later options. All international orders (except Canada) must pay via Paypal.

3.    Will call with card number - Place your order online and call your card info to us directly. A little extra security for those who don't like to enter credit card information on the internet.

4.     Klarna - For orders of $59 or more. Klarna Pay in 4 is a pay over time option where you split your purchase into four payments.* You do not have to wait to receive your order like you would with layaway. Payment agreements are made directly with Klarna not with Azure Aster. *CA resident loans made or arranged pursuant to a California Financing Law LicenseYou can read more about Klarna here and their legal terms are here.

5.     Affirm - For orders of $50 or more. Split your payments and pay over time. There is no waiting to receive your order like you would with layaway. Payment agreements are made directly with Affirm not with Azure Aster. You can read more about Affirm here
Money orders - Please e-mail us if you would like to pay via money order.
Purchase orders - We do not accept purchase orders at this time.

Phone Orders: We recommend that you use the Will call with card option and place the order online so you can see shipping costs and check for clerical errors. Credit card orders may be placed via telephone to (303) 369 -5507, between 9am - 5pm Mountain time.  Our normal business week is Mon-Fri. We do try to take calls on weekends too. If we are away, please leave a message and we will get back to you.

Sales Tax - Azure Aster collects sales tax for orders shipped to CO. 


  • Most items are ready to go and ship out fast in 0-1 business days depending on the time you place your order. Things may take 1- 5 postal business days to ship after busy Erstwilder release days or during the holiday season. Anything with a longer waiting period is noted in the item descriptions. Business days are M-F and Sat. during peak seasons.     
  • Custom requests, or sized on demand jewelry designs: Most custom requests are shipping out in 1-10* business days.  If you have a deadline, be sure to let us know in your order comments.  Otherwise allow enough time for creation and transit.
  • If you order products that have different estimated shipping times (for example wristbands ship immediately but there might be a waiting period for your custom earrings or pre-order) we will hold your entire order until all items are ready.

 Please keep in mind that these dates are estimates and are subject to change.  If you need the item shipped by a certain date, please indicate the date in the comments section of your order.  I'll do my best to get it to you in time!

USA Shipping

We ship USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, and USPS Express mail on most items. Only Express Mail has a guaranteed delivery time. All other delivery times are estimates. Orders do not ship on weekends or postal holidays and may take longer during peak mail season. Delivery times below are for transit only. 

Please note:  Shipping fees calculated by the shopping cart cover insurance, handling and processing costs, and the actual postage. We do everything we can to keep your costs low! If you accidentally choose a paid shipping method when your order was eligible for free shipping, we will credit the shipping to your account as an in store credit.
Express Mail- Takes 1-2 days to be delivered once mailed. The only mail class with a guaranteed delivery date. Includes free insurance. You must be present for delivery. They will make 2 attempts to deliver your package. Then hold it for five days before returning to us. Shipping fees are not refundable if your package is returned. To ship on the same business day, orders must be placed before 12:30 pm Colorado time and items must be ready to go (no pre-order or custom items can ship the same day). We recommend you call us if you are unsure if there will be enough time to meet your deadline for delivery. 
Priority mail - Takes an average of 2-4 postal business days to arrive once mailed. This is not a guaranteed delivery time. Includes free insurance.
Ground Advantage (previously called First Class Mail) - Usually takes about 1 week or less to be delivered. USPS states 1-2 weeks but there is no guaranteed delivery period. On rare occasions it could take a little longer. Insurance fees are included in the cost. 
Delivery Confirmation - Provided free of charge when available. Delivery confirmation will tell you when a package has been delivered. It does not always provide other tracking info.

Signature at delivery - Due to an increase in mail theft, you may now opt to purchase a signature to be required at delivery. Just mark the box Signature at delivery in the shipping options section at checkout and it will be added to your order for a small fee. Be advised that it may delay delivery of your package if you are not present for the signature and they may require you to request re-delivery or pick up the package at the post office. But this way, they will not leave your packages unattended at your residence or business. Orders that are high value or irreplaceable may also require a signature at delivery (at our expense) for insurance coverage purposes.

Requests for combined shipping: Due to increased processing fees and issues with order processing and logistics on release days, we regret that we are no longer able to combine multiple small orders together for folks who are looking to meet the $55 requirement for our free shipping offer. If you have at least one order that qualifies for free shipping that has not been processed yet and would like to add another order to it, we are happy to combine them. Any extra postage costs will be returned to you as an in store credit. 

We also reserve the right to cancel any orders with high fraud scores, addresses that are incorrect, cannot be verified or cause postage calculation errors in the shopping cart.

International Shipping

*We are no longer shipping to the UK or the EU due to the new VAT requirements and the large number of invoices that are not being paid by customers placing orders from these countries after import fees are determined.*

We accept and ship orders up to $300 USD to all Paypal approved countries except the EU or the UK. When shipping outside the USA, the Paypal account billing address must match the shipping address. All international shipments are made through USPS. The shopping cart will calculate international shipping rates at checkout.  Please note that in some cases, we cannot track international shipments unless they are shipped Express. We also cannot control the length of time a package spends in customs.  Because of this, we cannot guarantee delivery times for international mail.  You must agree that our electronic postage record is sufficient proof of mailing.  You must also accept responsibility for the package and any and all customs fees or duties that may be charged by your postal service (we have no way of knowing if any such fees will be charged so check with your post office if this is a concern).  We will not mark packages as "gifts".  Shipping, handling and paypal/payment fees we have paid are not refundable if your item is held in customs and you do not pick it up.

All international packages are insured. We do this through a third party. International shipping has a higher first weight/price bracket but you can usually purchase a large number of items in the second weight bracket for some serious savings.

We also reserve the right to cancel any orders with addresses that are incorrect, cannot be verified or appear fraudulent or cause postage calculation errors in the shopping cart.

**Some international tracking info. will temp. also not be available through USPS.com on these shipments and you will need to track them through https://www.goglobalpost.com/track/ directly once they are in country since they are being delivered to you via a courier network.**

Canadian customers: We now offer an additional shipping option where you prepay your Canadian duties and taxes for a flat rate of an additional $7.95 per first class mail package. This flat fee is the same regardless of value so you can save quite a bit on your customs fees and you will not be required to pick up your package from the post office. 
Australian customers: Please note that our little business does not meet the A$75000 GST registration requirement for low value goods shipped to Australia. This means you will be responsible for paying a 10% GST as well as a small processing fee to receive your order from Australia Post.   

United Kingdom customers: Due to the large number of customers placing orders and not completing the payment on their invoices, we are not shipping to the UK at this time.

European Union customers: Due to the large number of customers placing orders and not completing the payment on their invoices, we are not shipping to the EU at this time.

Requests for combined shipping: If you have an order that has not been processed yet and would like to add another order to it, we are happy to combine them. Any extra postage costs will be returned to you as an in store credit and postage due will be invoiced via Paypal.

Shipping Insurance:

Insurance is provided by USPS, Parcelguard or Global Post. Claims cannot be processed until 30 days have passed from time of mailing. Azure Aster cannot control or be held responsible for the security of your mailbox or delivery drop off area and mail that is stolen from your home or business after delivery. If you have had problems with mail theft in the past, you may want to make arrangements for an alternate shipping address or use a PO box. Please be sure to double-check your address for accuracy before finalizing your order.


Cancellation, Replacement, Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy so if you have received your purchase and wish to make a return etc.:

  • Inspect your items well when you receive them.
  • Notify us of any issues such as an incorrect, missing, or damaged during transit item within 3 days from receipt to be eligible for insurance coverage, replacement or credit. Keep all shipping materials including the box and packing materials until we let you know it is safe to throw them away.  
  • For returns, you must e-mail or call us for a return authorization within 30 days from receipt of your order. Returns that are not postmarked within 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for refunds or exchange. 
  • Returns must be in their original, undamaged condition including jewelry pouches, tags or boxes for a refund of the item cost. Feel free to keep any surprise candy etc. we sent to you. 
  • Personalized, custom and items sold as imperfects are eligible for exchange if stock is available or in store credit only.
  • Clearance items may not be returned.
  • Socks may not be returned if they have been worn or washed and earrings and socks must be returned with the original packaging intact. 
  • We recommend using delivery confirmation and insurance to cover yourself against loss or damage of your return in the mail.  
Shipping and handling fees and return postage: Shipping and handling fees and return postage costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or irregular craftsmanship. Small imperfections, differences between resin and acrylic patterns, possibly a few small specks or bubbles in resin designs (especially bubble resin) are normal and to be expected with all the handicraft lines we sell. These designs are not guaranteed to be completely imperfection free. You are responsible for the return shipping if the return is made for these reasons, or an incorrect size, color, too many items etc. were purchased. We will work with you on an exchange, credit or refund for the item cost in these cases so you may purchase something else to your liking. 
Promotions and refunds: If you choose to make a return and it makes the order ineligible for a particular promotion's requirements you received with it (free shipping, free item or gift with purchase offers) see below.

  • Free or Gift With Purchase items: You will be required to send the promotional item back to us along with the return or their value will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Free shipping: If after the amount of the returned items is deducted the order total no longer meets the minimum order requirement for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping that order will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations: If your order has not been shipped you may contact us and attempt to cancel it. Cancellations are required to pay a 5% restocking fee to cover our processing costs. If you place multiple orders in order to obtain more than the allowed number of items that have purchasing limits on them which results in any of your orders being cancelled, you will also be charged this cancellation fee. 

Item warrantee: Items are covered for 14 days after receipt to cover manufacturing defects resulting in breakage. Breakage from accidental dropping, putting jewelry through the wash, exposure to chemicals etc. or resulting from anything other than normal wear is not covered under this warrantee. We will work out an arrangement to return the item for repair, replacement or refund.

Repairs or resizing:  We understand that accidents happen. There is no such thing as an indestructible piece of jewelry or sculpture. Should you break a well loved item and would like it repaired, please e-mail us. We will see what we can do for you. After the 14 day warrantee period, repairs may be free or there may be a charge depending on what needs to be done. You will possibly be responsible for shipping and material costs. Resizing costs will be discussed via e-mail. We do not repair or resize items bought from other companies.

A note about tarnished pins on brooches: New brooches are usually created with pins that are silver plated and the base metal is steel. In the old days you could use nickel plated pins which did not tarnish as easily but nickel has been banned for jewelry in some countries due to allergies. So the newer silver plated pins will naturally tarnish and turn colors (from black to a red rust color) over time due to the sterling silver plating and steel content. A quick polish with a jewelry cloth or metal polish will remove the tarnish quickly. We recommend polishing cloths because they are very gentle on costume jewelry. Lost mail: You must complete the mail theft report form here. https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/  Once you have submitted your report to USPS, please provide the service request number to us. Insurance claims will be made on your behalf after 30 days have passed from mailing. In cases where mail has been tracked and confirmed as delivered to your address, a refund will only be provided to you if the insurance adjuster approves the claim. We are not responsible for the security of your porch, mailbox, any theft or missing mail that occurs after a delivery has been made. By placing an order, you are agreeing to these terms.

Serial returners or fraudulent orders: Azure Aster reserves the right to deactivate or ban the accounts of serial returners who show an unusual pattern of multiple returns over time. Examples of things that may cause this are repeatedly returning large numbers of items due to buyers remorse, bracketing, wardrobing, unattainable expectations of perfection for handicrafts despite written disclosures or returning items to us that were purchased from another company or stockist. Accounts involved in fraud will also be deactivated or banned from shopping with us in the future. If you find your account has been deactivated in error, please contact us.
