Vintage Norway Silver White Enamel Modernist Pin By Albert Scharning

A wonderful example of Norwegian silver by Albert Scharning.  This pin has a very modern design with white enamelling over vermeil sterling silver.  The clasp is a very sturdy C-clasp closure.  Albert Scharning was a silversmith from Oslo, Norway.  His pieces date from the 1930's - 1950's.  This is probably an earlier piece and is marked with his script mark.

Condition:  In excellent condition with some patina.  You could polish it if you like.
