Vintage Graduated Czech Amethyst Glass Necklace

A beautiful faceted cut Czech glass beaded necklace from the 1920's-1930's.  It has been created from amethyst colored graduated beads ranging in size from 6mm-15mm.  They are the perfect purple with small clear glass spacers between each bead.  The clasp is a silver plated jumpring and the necklace is 24 inches long.  In the full length photo the center bead looks much darker because of the lighting only.  This style of necklace can be seen on page 137 of Popular Jewelry 1840-1940 by Roseann Ettinger with a price range of $85.00 - $150.00.

This necklace does show some age with some fleabites on the facets and a little stretching of the string.  It is still pretty gorgeous and has an unusually large center stone that is to die for.
