Gorgeous cuff links from the Dante Museum Masterpiece Collection featuring four rearing horses. This was created from Incolay and is in shades of brown and orange, with the horses in cream. This really gives it the look of a cameo. Complete with decorative goldtone edging and back. They are signed DANTE on the inside of the backs which is hard to photograph. Some sites list these as the four horsemen of the apocalypse but I am not sure that is correct since there are no riders present.
Per the literature found online: "The Museum Masterpiece collection of men's jewelry reaches across two thousand years to recreate the ancient art of cameo carving. These are authentic Incolay stones - exact reproductions of original carvings in our Masterpiece Collection selected from the museums of the Mediterranean where Greek and Roman artisans flourished from 400 B.C. to 300 A.D."
Condition: In very good to excellent condition. There are three small spots of plating missing on the back. Other than that they look fabulous.
