Juliana D&E Blue Cabochon Rhinestone Butterfly Pin Vintage

A fantastic blue and white opal rhinestone butterfly by DeLizza and Elster.  The butterfly is adorned with high domed blue plastic cabochons surrounded by white opal rhinestones.  The body of the butterfly is cast with a twisted rope edging.  This was a later style from D&E and dates to the 1970's-1980's.  It is a book piece and is featured on page 113 of Juliana Jewelry The Last Generation by Paula Knutson & Karla Whacker.  The book value is listed as $125-$175 for your reference.

Condition:  In very good condition with clear stones.  There is a small amount of plating that has been lost at the base of the backside of the antennae (see photo).
