This necklace was made by Napier in the mid 1980's and is a white "gas pipe style". The necklace is flat and flexible and about 3/4 of an inch wide. You usually see these in gold, so this white version is quite nice. The collar closes with a wide foldover clasp. Upon researching the piece, I discovered that there is a centerpiece that slid over the necklace that is missing. Still very wearable and fun. This can be seen on page 585 of the book The Napier Jewelry co. Defining 20th Century American Costume Jewelry by Melinda L. Lewis.

Condition: In good condition except for some chips in the white enamel paint towards the back near the clasp area. Priced down accordingly for this as well as the missing centerpiece. See photos.
